COVID-19 Update

From Thursday 19th March 2020 we have created a home learning page on the website where staff will load up useful websites and activities that children can do from home during any period of self isolation if they are well enough to complete work. These will be changed weekly during this time.

COVID-19 is a new illness that can affect your lungs and airways. It's caused by a virus called coronavirus.

Find out how to protect yourself or check if you need medical help on the NHS website.

The most common symptoms are

  • new and continuous cough
  • high temperature above 37.8 degrees

If you or anyone in your household shows any of these symptoms, however mild, current guidelines require you all to stay at home and self-isolate for 14 days. Please inform school if your household is self isolating.

If any symptoms worsen during isolation or are no better after 7 days, contact NHS online. If you have no internet access, you should call NHS111. For a medical emergency call 999.

You do not need to call 111 to go into self-isolation
