Pupil Premium Strategy

Schools are required from September 2012 to provide details to parents of how the Pupil Premium Grant (PPG) funding has been deployed.  Pupil premium was introduced in April 2011. The purpose of the additional funding is to narrow any gaps in attainment and to raise standards in basic skills.

Pupil premium Grant is allocated on the following basis: children eligible for Free School meals, Looked after children and children with parent(s) in the Armed forces.
