We had a year 5 and year 6 team in the netball competition which consisted of seven teams overall.
Everybody played  great and we could see the improvements each child is making in netball from their PE lessons and after school club with Mrs Brown.
The year 6 team came second and only missed out on first place from one point!

Eight (four boys and four girls) year 6 pupils participated in the rugby finals competition. They qualified to the finals by coming 3rd in a previous rugby tournament. The same pupils attended the finals and had learnt a lot from previous rugby tournament competition, because all 8 pupils played fantastic and reached the final, after 6 games, (winning two, losing one and drawing three).  Unfortunately St Josephs lost the final 2-0 in a tight match. 2nd place is a great achievement as St Josephs only had two players who had played rugby out of school time before.
